EMDR Intensives
Helping individuals gain significant momentum toward their goals in just a few days!
Sometimes, weekly therapy doesn't give you the support you need, leaving you stuck in slow progress and feeling frustrated.
An EMDR intensive is a personalized, concentrated, and highly focused approach designed to accelerate the therapeutic process. It is a a feasible alternative to weekly therapy allowing for an uninterrupted deep dive into your clearly-defined goals, and a quicker reduction of distressing symptoms. An EMDR Intensive may be used as a one-time option, or as an adjunct to your current therapy developed in collaboration with your primary therapist.
Maybe you feel as though you’ve been dealing with the same issues for months or years without much resolution.
An EMDR Intensive Program is an evidence-based therapeutic approach to address challenges you may be experiencing such as:
➤ trauma
➤ intrusive thoughts
➤ anxiety
➤ depression
➤ out-of-control behaviors
➤ shame
➤ relationship issues
➤ low self-esteem
➤ performance concerns in relationships or at work
➤ and so much more!
Think of an EMDR Intensive as a short-term investment that could yield long-term benefit and relief.
How It Works
An EMDR Intensive can help you get to the root of the issues and to begin to feel relief quickly.
-
Due to the time constraints of traditional one hour therapy sessions, it can be challenging to engage in the deep healing work you need in a timely manner. With an EMDR Intensive, you can take a deep dive into your therapeutic goals, and often experience significant relief of distressing symptoms much more quickly helping you to finally move forward. EMDR Intensives can decrease treatment time. They can be a great alternative to those who are unable or who don’t want to commit to weekly therapy but want to experience the healing journey that therapy can provide. Think of it as a way to fast-track your therapeutic work and move closer to your goals quickly!
-
All sessions are conducted via a secure-video platform, allowing for ultimate flexibility! This means you can log in from anywhere you have privacy and Internet or cellular access! Think about experiencing deep-healing within the safe environment of your own living room. Or, perhaps, you schedule some time for yourself in a beautiful nature retreat as you experience the deep therapeutic work you need and deserve.

Detailed Treatment Workbook
This workbook includes assessments and activities to prepare US for your Intensive, and begins the EMDR process. You will complete this workbook and return it to me several days prior to your session(s). I want to ensure we are working on the pain points you’ve identified so that we can begin addressing those immediately. (2 Hours)
Customized Treatment Program
Sessions will be a minimum of 3-hours per day in length (with breaks)! You can select a one-day, two-day or three-day Intensive experience. (3 – 9 Hours)
